Getting a tan can give you certain benefits such as a glowing look and healthier bones. You can get darker with natural sunlight or by going to a tanning spa. It is possible to tan safely by rubbing on sun blocks or tanning cheap tanning lotions. Go for cheaper but effective brands to be able to afford to use them often.

Use inexpensive creams as much as possible to get an even and dark tan that also prevents burning. These solutions can block harmful UV rays from reaching your skin and tissues. Outdoor and indoor tanning will expose you to UV rays that can be unhealthy for you. Not protecting yourself with proper solutions can expose you to higher skin cancer risk.

You can safely prevent getting sick or damaging the skin by using appropriate protection from lotions that offer quick tans and UV protection. Another thing to consider is to limit your exposure to sunlight or salon bed lights. A 10 to 15 minutes a session should be sufficient if you want to safeguard your health and skin.

Limiting your exposure to UV rays will significantly lessen the chances of burning the skin and suffering from the ill effects of UV rays. Tan several times for short periods to get the effect you want at a safer level. Start your first session with a short 5 minute session and then eventually increase your exposure to 10 at a time.

When your complexion begins to get a little darker, only then is it safer to expose yourself to UV rays longer. Extend your sessions to fifteen minutes per session. You can also apply inexpensive creams that help you darken your skin right away. This lets you soak under the sun for fewer minutes to achieve a deeper tan.

You should scrub off dead skin first before applying the lotion or visiting a local salon. Once dead skin is gone, your skin can absorb the lotion faster and give you a deeper tan. In the shower, use a loofah to remove the top layer of skin, and then rub the lotion on evenly in moderate amounts before you tan.

After each session has completed, apply a moisturizer or after sun lotion to your skin. This prevents skin irritation. It also makes your tan last longer. Using effective but cheap tanning lotions will allow you to constantly protect your skin for each session. It can also let you save money while getting a great looking tan.
